  • 2 TBSP FLOUR
  • 4 BONELESS/SKINLESS CHICKEN
  • 1 EGG BEATEN

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE ONION AND FLOUR IN PLASTIC BAG. LIGHTLY CRUSH WITH HANDS OR ROLLING PIN. TRANSFER 2 WAXED PAPER. DIP CHICKEN IN EGG, COAT WITH ONION CRUMBS. PLACE ON BAKING SHEET AND BAKE AT 400 FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL NO LONGER PINK
