Beef Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 5 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped onions
  • 5 t apple cider vinegar
  • 5 t sugar
  • 5 t French's mustard
  • 3 1/3 cups Heinz ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onions until fully cooked
Drain well
Add remaining ingredients
If BBQ appears too thick add a little water

Lightly butter top of roll
Sprinkle a little salt on top
Broil until golden brown
