Pomegranate Cocktail Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 hot water
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice

Preparation

Step 1

1.In a saucepan, combine sugar and hot water, add the pomegranate juice and bring to a boil. Simmer over moderate heat until reduced to one cup about 20 minutes. Let cool

Serve with chilled sparkling wine , water or vodka


NOTE: Recope can be doubled.Syrup can be refrigerated up to one month
