Ingredients
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
- 2 3-oz. packages cream cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can crab meat, drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped fine
Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan combine soup, cheese and onion. Heat until cheese is melted, stir. Blend in mayonnaise and remove from heat. In small pan sprinkle gelatin over water, on low heat, until dissolved. Stir into soup mixture; add crab meat and celery. Pour into 6-cup mold and refrigerate at least 6 hours. Unmold on plate and serve with crackers.
