Pasta e Fagioli

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 can of Goya Northern Beans
  • 1/12 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cup of small pasta
  • 3 cups of water

Preparation

Step 1

In a large sauce pan, cook bacon until crisp. Add onion, carrot and tomatoes
Cook 5 minutes. Stir in bacon, seasoning, bouillon and water. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
