Strawberry and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 4 teaspoons honey
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 cups salad greens
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 10 strawberries, sliced
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, olive oil, honey, vinegar and lemon juice. Place salad greens in a pretty bowl. Top with sliced avocado and strawberries. Drizzle dressing over then sprinkle with pecans.
