Beef Brisket with Cranberry Gravy

For the crockpot

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb beef brisket
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 16 oz can cranberry sauce
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Trim excess fat from beef. Rub surface of beef with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot
2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef
3. Cook on low heat 8-10 hours until beef is tender
4. Cut beef across grain into slices
