Ingredients
- 2 C blackberry juice (from 6 C berries)
- 2 C sugar
- 2 C white corn syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Measure juice into 6 to 8 qt. pot. Heat to boiling; add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add corn syrup; heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes
Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal. Place in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
