Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz packages frozen spinach
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine, refrigerate 2 hours

Blend in food processor
Heat oven to 325 degrees

Scoop with ice cream scooper onto cookie sheet
Bake 30 minutes

Can be frozen and reheated
