Garlic Oil Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium clove Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons oil (preferably oil),butter or margarine,cut in pieces
  • 1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta,cooked and drained
  • 1 egg yolk
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In wartm serving dish crush garlic with fork.Add oil and keep warm.Add small amounts of cheese at a time to hot pasta,tossing until melted.Add egg yolk and toss,season with pepper.Discard garlic from oil in serving dish,add pasta mixture and toss.Serve at once
