  • 4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
  • 1 EGG BEATEN

Step 1

PLACE ONION AND FLOUR IN PLASTIC BAG. LIGHTLY CRUSH WITH HANDS OR ROLLING PIN. TRANSFER TO WAX PAPER. DIP CHICKEN INTO EGG, COAT WITH ONION CRUMBS PLACE ON BAKING SHEET. BAKE AT 400 FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL NO LONGER PINK
