Ingredients
- 7 ripe peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 baked 9 inch pie shell
- Whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and remove pits from 3 peaches. Dice into small pcs.
Add in sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and water. Cook in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly till thick and clear. Peel and pit remaining peaches, slice and toss slices with lemon juice. Place in pie shell. Pour cooled peach mix over the peach slices. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
