Ingredients
- 1 qt. apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 C water
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and cook until apples are tender. Mash apples until smooth. Cool in refrigerator. Once cool, serve topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
