Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (chicken, or turkey)
- 2 cans ranch style beans (black label on can)
- 1 can chili w/out beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 pint half & half
- 1/2 lb velveeta cheese
- Brown & drain fat from hamburger. Add all cans. Heat 20 minutes. Add cheese, when melted, add half & half.
- Serve over fritos.
- I always double this recipe – it can be frozen also. Even better next day.
