Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (chicken, or turkey)
  • 2 cans ranch style beans (black label on can)
  • 1 can chili w/out beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 pint half & half
  • 1/2 lb velveeta cheese
  • Brown & drain fat from hamburger. Add all cans. Heat 20 minutes. Add cheese, when melted, add half & half.
  • Serve over fritos.
  • I always double this recipe โ€“ it can be frozen also. Even better next day.
