Stuffed mushrooms

A great filled mushroom to use for an appetizer or garnish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms(need caps big enough to fill)
  • 1 pkg dry Good Season's Italian dressing mix
  • 1-8 oz cream cheese
  • Butter to saute stems

Preparation

Step 1

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems and saute them in butter. Add these to 8 oz cream cheese with 1/2 pkg dressing mix. Mix this well and fill each cap with this mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese just starts to brown.
