Ingredients
- olive oil
- 12 oz good mushrooms
- 1 T fresh thyme chopped
- can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 t minced garlic
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
heat large skillet over medium high heat, add 1 T olive oil. saute mushrooms and thyme for 6 minutes. add artichokes, garlic, salt and pepper. saute 2 minutes.
stir in pepperidge farm and stir. stuff the bird.
