Ingredients
- 1 small pineapple
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 3 Tblspns chopped cilantro
- 2 Tblspns fresh lime juice
- 1 Tblsn rice vinegar
- 2 Tblns olive oil
- 1 tspn salt
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno chile, seeded and minced
- replace jalapeno chile with banana peppers if preferred.
