Ingredients

  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 3 Tblspns chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tblspns fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tblsn rice vinegar
  • 2 Tblns olive oil
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeno chile, seeded and minced
  • replace jalapeno chile with banana peppers if preferred.

Preparation

Step 1

dice pineapple and mix all ingrediants together, chill.
