Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c Breakstone's sour cream
  • 1 can (10 3/4oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 lbs. red potatoes (aoubt8) very thinly sliced
  • 1 c shredded Cracker Barrel Vermont sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.

Bake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with chives.
