Ingredients
- ROAST
- 3-5 Lb venison roast
- salt
- pepper
- 12 oz. can of beer
- BBQ SAUCE
- 2 Qt jars of spaghetti sauce
- 2 8 Oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 small bottle of ketchup
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C vinegar
- 2-3 red bell peppers
- 2-3 onions
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the venison roast in a crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Add the beer. Cook for 4 hours. Roast will be tender and easily shredded. Add the bbq sauce (see below).
Cook the ingredients for the bbq sauce together in a pan. Simmer for one hour.
