ROADSIDE POTATOES

Ingredients

• 1 bag frozen shredded potatoes
• 1 stick of butter
• 2 1/4 C half and half
• Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Put frozen potatoes in 9x13 pan
Melt butter in cream in microwave
Pour liquid onto potatoes and top with parm cheese
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
