Pumpkin Spiked Shake

A Holiday treat for grown-ups

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 3 oz bourbon or Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Garnish: whipped cream, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ice cream and next seven ingredients in an electric blender; mix until smooth

Adjust ice cream and milk to achieve desired consistency

Pour into 2 16 oz glasses

Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of cinnamon
