Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
- 3 oz bourbon or Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Garnish: whipped cream, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ice cream and next seven ingredients in an electric blender; mix until smooth
Adjust ice cream and milk to achieve desired consistency
Pour into 2 16 oz glasses
Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of cinnamon
