Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely sliced
- 6 green onions, finely sliced
- fresh basil, roughly chopped
- DRESSING:
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp. good olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- S&P to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine salad ingredients in bowl.
Mix dressing, whisking in olive oil slowly. Pour over salad, toss gently and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
