Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- ! cup whole kernel corn
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 Tablespoon seeded and finely diced jalapeno
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and place in a covered glass bowl in the refrigerator for at least several hours to allow flavors to blend.
