Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 medium onions, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (about 2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.

Add onions; cook 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in sugar; cook 5 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
