Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 3 c (6 medium) peeled, sliced 3/4" carrots
- 3 T butter
- 1 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 T country-style Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In 2 quart saucepan bring water to a full boil; add carrots. Cover; cook over medium heat until crisply tender (12-15 mins). Drain; stir in all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened (1-2 mins).
