Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onions
- 2 T butter
- 1 T flour
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 t cumin
- 1 16oz corn, frozen
- 2 cups salsa or rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup chix broth
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup milk or 1/2 1/2
Preparation
Step 1
marinate overnight..olive oil, lemon juice, salt,pepper,basil,garlic,oinions,2 or 3 chix breast..saute first 5 ingred..add corn,salsa,chix broth..add cream cheese and milk..stir til melted..garnish with cilantro and cheese
