Ingredients
- 2 lg sweet potatoes
- butter
- brown sugar
- mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil in large pan until soft (not too soft) Drain water.
Melt 1-2 Tbsp margarine in bottom of 8 x 8 casserole dish. Sprinkle 1-2 Tbsp of brown sugar over butter.
Layer potatoes, margarine, brown sugar - 2 to 3 times. Then top with large or small marshmallows.
Bake at 350 until marshmallows have browned.
