Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- 8 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 cans (6oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- Assorted crackers
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, throw in onions and garlic; throw in mayo. Stir in cheese. Cover and cook on low 30 mins. or till cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Stir in crab; cover and cook 1 hour longer or till heated through. Serve spread warm w/ crackers.
