Egg & Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Make this the night before to pop in the oven for a great breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage (cooked, drained and crubmled)
  • 8 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices of white bread, buttered and cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except bread. Pour over bread cubes in a greased 9x13 inch pan or glass casserole. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes until browned and set in center. Can also be made ahead and frozen.
Serves 12 to 15.
