Ingredients
- 1 lb small white potatoes
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dry potatoes and arrange in a casserole in two layers. Combine garlic, oil, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat. Cover and bake in 450 oven for 20 min. Turn potatoes to recoat and bake another 25 min.
