Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Light Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
- 6 cups tightly packed torn fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup thin red onion rings
- 2 Tbsp. Bacon Pieces
Preparation
Step 1
1. Microwave dressing in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 50 sec. or until hot.
2. Pour over combined spinach, mushrooms and onions in large bowl; toss to coat.
3. Top with bacon.
