Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- 2 gloves of garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 2 tbls dijon mustard
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup extra virgin oil
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle the salt on the garlic & mince. Placein a bowl with vinegar, mustard & pepper. Drizzle in oil until thickened.
