Ingredients
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon minced lemon zest
- 1/2 cup (l stick) butter, softened to room temperature
Preparation
Step 1
Place cream of chicken soup and minced garlic in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer (about 2 minutes). Whisk in white wine and lemon juice. Continue to simmer for about 5 minutes. Add heavy cream and lemon zest and bring back to a simmer. Remove from stove and whisk in butter.
