Slow Cooker Pulled Pickled Beef Sandwiches

Cook the pickled beef while no one is home as the smell is quite pungent.

Ingredients

  • 1 (24 oz.) jar Dill Pickle Spears with liquid
  • 2 lb. chuck roast
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place chuck roast in a slow cooker and pour entire contents of dill pickle jar over it. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours. Season to taste with pepper. Pull apart meat with a fork
