Ingredients
- 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 3 tbsp mild honey
- 3 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
Preparation
Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add wings, stir and marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. Drain and reserve marinade. Preheat broiler. Place wings on rack about 6 inches from heat and broil 15-20 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes and baste with marinade.
