Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 2 puunds of stewing beef, cut small
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of canned tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Brown beef. Add all but peppers. Cover skillet and simmer on low for 2 hours. Add peppers. Cook until peppers are softened. Serve with rice or noodles.
