Ingredients
- 3 tbl Kraft Mayo w/Olive oil (can use regular Mayo + 1 tbls olive oil)
- 2 tbl sour cream
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1 lb cooked, cleaned shrimp (use large shrimp)
- 1/2 c celery (sliced to preference)
- 2 green onions (scallions), chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
Add shrimp, celery and onions, mix lightly.
Serve on large lettuce leaves or in hollowed out bell peppers.
