Basic Semolina Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Semolina Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs or 3 egg whites (beaten)
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Semolina Flour and salt. Add beaten eggs or egg whites. Knead 10 minutes or until dough is elastic. Wrap dough in a paper towel and let rest 20 minutes.On a lightly floured surface roll dough out to your desired thickness and cut as desired.

Bring a large pot of water with 1/2 tsp. salt to a boil. Add pasta and cook pasta to tender.
