Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 T flour
- 3 T butter
- 1 lemon & rind grated
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine slightly beaten egg yolks, sugar, flour, and butter together. Add lemon juice and rind, beat. Blend in 1 cup milk, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
