Beef Porcupine

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg Beef Rice-A-Roni
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 Lb Ground Beef

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 Pkg Rice-A-Roni with 1 Lb Ground Beef (not cooked) and 1 Egg.
Shape into meatballs.
Brown in skillet.
Combine contents of beef seasoning with 2.5 cups of hot water.
Pour on meatballs and simmer 30 minutes. Thicken gravy, if desired
