Ingredients
- 3.5 lb Ahi Cubes (tuna cubes)
- 1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4 cup Man Nani Kimchee Sauce
- 1 Tbs. Hawaiian Salt
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs. Masago Eggs
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a stainless steel bowl, season Ahi with Hawaiian Salt, mix well. Combine all other ingredients together in bowl, mix well and chill. Garnish with additional masago and chopped green onions, or roll in white rice and wrap with Nori (seasoned seaweed) for a Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll.
