Berry Flavoured Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen (Thawed) Berries
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

In a small saucepan, bring berries and syrup to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the berries break up, about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice then push through a fine sieve. Serve warm or refriderate up to 1 month.
