Ingredients
- 16 oz can pumpkin
- 14 oz can Eagle brand milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 425.
Mix all and pour into pie shell-lined pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 425.
Reduce heat to 350.
Bake 40 minutes till knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean.
Refrigerate leftovers.
