Ingredients

  • 16 oz can pumpkin

  • 14 oz can Eagle brand milk

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    tsp cinnamon

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ½

    tsp ginger

  • ½

    tsp nutmeg

  • 1

    unbaked pie shell

Directions

Pre heat oven to 425. Mix all and pour into pie shell-lined pan. Bake 15 minutes at 425. Reduce heat to 350. Bake 40 minutes till knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean. Refrigerate leftovers.
