GRILLED CORN DISKS

Ingredients

  • 1-inch ears of corn, cut into 1-inch thick slices
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brush corn slices with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cook on a medium-hot grill, cut sides down, about 2 minutes per side. Pile in a bowl.
