POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut in 16 wedges
  • vegetable oil
  • seasoned salt
  • sour cream
  • cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place potato wedges, cut sides down on broiler pan. Brush with oil, sprinkle with seasoned salt. Set oven to broil, 3 inches from heat. Brown about 5minutes. Spoon sour cream and cheese dip in center of platter with wedges circling around.
