Ingredients
- 2lbs.2 lbs. potatoes (about 6 medium)
- 1/3-1/2C.1/3-1/2 C. milk, warmed
- 1/4C.1/4 C. butter
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pare thinly new or white potatoes. Cut in large pieces. Heat 1 inch salted water to a boil. Add potatoes. Cover and cook 25 minutes. Mash potatoes until no lumps. Add milk in small amounts, beating after each addition. Add butter, salt and pepper.
