Ingredients
- 2/3 cup hot water
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light molasses
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 3/4 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups Wyman's Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries
- 2 tablespoons flour
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In hot water melt butter; stir in molasses and corn syrup. Sift flour and baking soda together; stir in egg. Add molasses mixture. Over the blueberries sprinkle 2 tablespoons four. Gently fold blueberries into batter. Bake in well-greased square 9x9-inch baking pan for about 50 minutes.
